i fish without a boat. when i wade down trammel creek. am i trespassing?i also fish barren river and sometimes have to walk the the shoreline am i trespassing? i’ve heard several answers .i don’t mean to break any laws.i don’t know how to get into contact with the land owners. if you could, please explain how it is.
